If you have a question for support, the quickest way to get an answer is to email support@GenSmarts.com (after you've reviewed the existing users FAQ, of course).

If you'd like to ask a question or discuss GenSmarts with other users, there are two places where you can do that:

GenSmarts Forum - a website with posted questions, answers, and discussions

RootsWeb's GenSmarts email list - a group email list where discussion shows up in your mailbox
