Source auditing no longer seems to be working in FTM 2010, Update 1. Almost all of my Social Security records are sourced using FTM, but suddenly they all are listed in GenSmarts 2.1.1.70 again. It may be related to FTM's updates to their source feature, but it's annoying seeing all the information I've sourced appear in GenSmarts again. I tried updating my FTM source, setting the "Template" to "National Government Records -> Database -> SSDI". Then I tried updating the data in one of my records to reflect how this template asks for data to be entered, but nothing changed in GenSmarts. I even tried turning source auditing off (which resulting in a change in the suggestions from 12,151 to 12,180, so source auditing still appears to be somewhat working) and back on.
Any suggestions? |

| FTM2010 has some changes in it's file format regarding sources, which is what's behind the issue... there's an update for GenSmarts coming shortly that will resolve that. |

| The new version, 2.1.1.75, does not fix the Social Security record source detection. I still have 350 SSN records GenSmarts wants me to source, most of which already are. |

2.1.1.76 will add support for FTM2010's new source templates which is probably your issue - if you're using source templates I could see where GenSmarts isn't seeing your SSDI sources.
Non templated SSDI sources should now be ok now in 2.1.1.75. So, for example, if you merge an SSDI find from Ancestry.com, GenSmarts should see that just fine in 2.1.1.75.
