We have found that the fastest, surest, and most accurate support of the GenSmarts product to be via email, as detailed written instructions are often involved. These instructions are posted in the support section of our website. Trying to convey this information or it's URL(web address) over the phone is simply too frustrating and error prone. So the best way of answering your question is for us to provide, via email, a clickable link to the paticular page on our website that answers your question (or simply provide the instructions in the email if you have a question we don't have posted yet).
